• You provide: phone number, name (optional), job preferences (role, experience, cities, work mode), and your Telegram identifier when you connect.
• Automatically: basic usage data, including which job "Apply" links you click (via our redirect), to improve matching and measure engagement.
• Payments: processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — Razorpay handles that.

2. Why we use your data

To create your profile and match jobs to you; to deliver alerts and digests via Telegram; to operate, secure, and improve the Service; to process your subscription; and to provide support. We rely on your consent and the performance of our service to you.

3. How we share it

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

• Razorpay — to process payments and subscriptions.
• Telegram — to deliver your alerts.
• Service providers/vendors that help us operate (e.g., hosting, data infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond as required by law.

8. Children

Hyrd is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
