Welcome to Hyrd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hyrd website, application, Telegram bot, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by DotPiper Technologies Pvt. Ltd ("Hyrd", "we", "us"). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Hyrd.

2. What Hyrd does. Hyrd is a job-discovery service. We aggregate publicly available job listings from job boards, company career pages, and applicant tracking systems, and deliver personalized, near-real-time job matches to you (primarily via Telegram) based on the preferences you provide. Hyrd is a discovery and alert service only — we are not a recruiter, hiring agency, or employer, and we do not apply to jobs on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and applying to any role yourself.

3. Your account & Telegram. You agree to provide accurate information (such as your phone number and job preferences) and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity on your account. Delivery of alerts requires connecting your Telegram account.

4. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal. Hyrd is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise a UPI AutoPay mandate via Razorpay and agree to the following:

  • A ₹1 charge is made to set up and verify the payment mandate and to start a 4-day trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged ₹399 for a 3-month (quarterly) subscription, and ₹399 will be auto-debited every quarter thereafter until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy). Cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Third-party listings & links. Job listings originate from third-party sources. We do our best to keep them fresh and relevant but do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or outcome of any listing. "Apply" links direct you to external websites governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for those sites or your applications.

6. No guarantee of results. Hyrd does not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, job offers, or employment. We provide information and alerts; hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape or resell our content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property. The Hyrd brand, software, and content (excluding third-party job data) are owned by DotPiper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrd and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
