Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hyrd is a digital service. There is no physical product and no physical shipping.

• What you receive: access to Hyrd's personalized job alerts and digests, delivered electronically via Telegram (and the Hyrd app/website).
• When: access is activated immediately after you complete signup and set up your subscription. Your first set of matched jobs is delivered within minutes of completing onboarding and connecting Telegram.
• No delivery charges apply, as the Service is fully digital.
• If you do not receive your alerts after activating, please check that your Telegram is connected and contact us at support.hyrd@gmail.com — we'll resolve it promptly.
