Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want Hyrd to be fair and transparent. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for your subscription.

1. Free-look trial. Your subscription starts with a 4-day trial for ₹1. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the ₹399 quarterly fee.

2. How to cancel. You can cancel anytime, in either of these ways:

  • Email us at support.hyrd@gmail.com using your registered phone number, and we will cancel your subscription and send you a confirmation.
  • Revoke the UPI AutoPay mandate yourself in your payment app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank app), under its "AutoPay" / "Mandates" section. This stops all future auto-debits.

Either method ends future billing.

3. What happens when you cancel. Cancellation stops all future auto-renewals. You retain access until the end of your current paid period.

4. Refunds.

  • The ₹1 trial-activation charge is non-refundable (it is a nominal mandate-setup amount).
  • Because Hyrd is a digital service delivered continuously, the ₹399 fee already paid for the current quarter is non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law.
  • Accidental duplicate charges or failed/erroneous transactions will be fully refunded — just contact us.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer a goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund timeline. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
